Assignments due - No Study Material Received

Payment was made in December 2015 for next semester study material. To date the correct material has not been received. I have tried all the contact numbers on the website and there is either no answer or its engaged. I called Skynet to check for packages and they do not have any recent packages for me. The lack of customer service from UNISA is unbelievable, thy are holding our careers back. This is unacceptable.<br> <br> My assignments are due soon an my exams will be coming up, I am also unable to do my practical's.<br> <br> It is March 2016 already and no books received.<br> I need help!!!
