Assignment Results

I find it unacceptable that one assignment's results are not in before the next assignment is due. My first economics assignment was due on 11 August, yet I've received no feedback on it, but the next assignment is due tomorrow, 7 September. We're continuously told that results are usually processed within two weeks of the due date, but that never seems to be the case. How are you suppose to work on the next chapters, if you're not even sure whether or not you have a complete understanding of the previous chapters. These things tend to build on each other, if you don't understand something in the first assignment, it follows that you will carry that misunderstanding into the next assignment. Unisa's overall standard of service is a disgrace for such an institution that is supposed to be recognised worldwide for its excellence. E-mails are often not rep**** to, and the tutors often take weeks to respond to a question. These people are paid to do one job, but they can't even do that in a timely fashion. <br> <br> Regards,<br> Jackie Smit
