ASSIGNMENT

Hi, I enquired last year about my results for Economics after getting my supplementary results and up until today I haven't had a response from the Ombudsman I have been waiting for 18 months because I sent them proof that the assignment was done. During my enquiries last year one of their colleagues deleted my email without even reading it when she asked me for proof that the assignment is done. Next week its exams and now that I was waiting for them to respond I decided to re-register and after that they came back to me and told me just because I re-registered the case is closed. I am so frustrated at this point because their decision is based on the fact that I re-registered and one of the Professor's said I am lying. my frustration is that next week it's exam time and they told me that they will re-look at my query with the Ombudsman, now today I enquire again and they tell me the Ombudsman is out of the country but they will come back to me soon. My frustration is what do I do in the meantime as this is my last YEAR and this complaint has been going on for 18 months with no response and last year I did not write my supplementary exam and it means I won't graduate.
