Arraogance,ignorance and incopetence

i recieved my results which i am not certifite with them i needed to be rechecked , i send them email i received no respond i habe trying to call them no one answerd , only three days ago i received an email telling me is too late for remark/reecheck of my exam .hen called again i spoke to lady named Mulalo she told me there is nothing they can do , i asked for a contact for supervisor and she gave me *** name Nel Ledwaba ,this number just kept ringing i have been trying for past two days . i am so disgusted with UNISA .what can one do in this world to get help for people who preaching better sercive evrywhere and everyday ?
