Are they ever going to Audit their final year students?

I have lost several job opportunities and have been unable to support my family due to unkept promises and the university being completely unorganized. I have finished my qualification for a degree, paid all my fees, and have yet to receive my qualification because I am waiting to be audited. The university is hosting graduation ceremonies while half of its students are still unsure whether or not they have graduated. I have emailed several email addresses, received automatic responses saying they will get to me shortly, and received no answer. I have tried to apply to further my studies and pursue an honors degree but have failed to do so as they will not accept my registration saying I need to complete my qualification first. They have been promising to complete the audit for 3 months now and this is absolutely ridiculous. I want answers
