App**** twice in ne year for 2016!!

My son app**** in April 2015 for Degree in Education, we paid the R100.00 and sent it off. By the time the registration period came around, he still had not been sent notification that his application was successful. But was given a student number!!!!<br> He then re-app**** in September, same story. and to date still no notification if his application has been accepted!!! a whole year wasted!!<br> When he checks, says \still is progress"!! Seriously - how much longer do we have to wait.<br> Its useless sending any sms or an email to info etc as they just do not reply. why bother with phone numbers on the site as they either never get answered"
