Applictions at Unisa

UNISA was late with the applications, we app**** in August only got feedback on the 24th of December. They closed on the 24th of December and is only opening on the 4th of January but we have to accept the offer by the 2cnd. The portal is not working and there is no one to assist before the 4th. So how did they think these dates through knowing their system is faulty. (I have the very same problem) We try and call but none of their contact numbers are going through.
