APPLICATIONS

<p>Honestly this has got to be the most pathetic University in South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent in an application to study through Unisa for the 2017 academic year on the 1st of September and paid the application fee yet here I am one month later and I still have not received any response. The applications close on October 21st and because of this poor service I might not be able to register.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is UNACCEPTABLE.</p> <p> </p> <p>UNISA is supposed to make it easier for students who have full time jobs to study through correspondence because they do not have the luxury of time nor money to do it otherwise. Yet we spend days trying to get a hold of anyone at the office and weeks to get feedback on e-mails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not a student that expects free education because I understand that you need to work for everything in life and nothing gets handed to you. But when I do pay I expect you to come to light with your side of the deal. I expect service. I expect a phone call to be answered. I expect response on my e-mails.</p> <p> </p> <p>STOP *****ING WITH STUDENTS FUTURES!!</p> <p> </p>
