Application still pending from Sep'15

Dear Unisa<br> <br> I've submitted my application in September 2015 and only got an email from Unisa asking if I'm still interested I must send email with my student number, full names and copy of ID. Well This is now more than 6 months and I can not get through to you on phone or via email. I just want a response to now if it was approved. I did my degree through you and want to do my honours now. I am so dissapointed in how Unisa went backwards and not forward.
