Application still not processed!!

I put my application with Unisa in October 2015 online and submitted all the required docs. I've been following up ever since. On the 13th Feb 2016 I got an email to say I must send email confirmation if I still have interest in studying through them in 2016 and it would be processed asap. I rep**** on the 15th Feb confirming that to this day I have not received feedback. I've updated my details over & over again on myunisaonline.
