Application lost in the process since April 2014

I completed my National Diploma in HR with Unisa and have app**** for Post Grad National Diploma last year April 2014. I have followed up with them since last year and up until today I have not received feedback, I have been to Florida in Joburg to find out what the issue is and I have been told they cannot see my application yet they retrieve the documents I attached when I was applying.<br> <br> No response has been received from Unisa thus far and I am worried that the registrations are closing end of this month ( February 2015 ).<br> <br> Please can I have feedback in this regard please. I just want to study that's all.<br> <br> This is really not acceptable!!!
