Application "lost"

<p>This is my first time applying to UNISA.</p> <p><br />I've app**** in September 2015 for Semester 1 (2016) and all i recieved was an automated response saying my email was recieved and that i would get a student number within two weeks.</p> <p><br />MONTHS passed and yet nothing came through. I tried every number, every email address and even went to the campus only to be told that applications were "lost".</p> <p><br />i accepted that maybe it was a mistake on their part. I recently app**** in May 2016 for semester 2, and the same thing is happening. My ID and application is just not found on their system. I have probably app**** about 5/6 times now. Theres absolutely NOBODY that you can contact and explain to that there are gliches in their system. This is so furstrating as i have now lost a WHOLE year of studying.</p> <p><br />I do not recommend studying through UNISA to anyone. Service is PATHETIC, and it's sad because i know i am one of many!!</p>
