Application for Registration

I'm currently a unisa student, I had app**** to do my honours for the academic yr 2016, from December 2015 to January 2016 I have been going to the unisa campus in Durban to enquire about my application as I had not received feedback from the university. During these visits I've been told to be patient and wait for feedback but on Wednesday 17/02 I was told that my application was not processed on the system it was\saved\" and I cannot register for honours in 2016 but registration only ends on the 4th of march. I've tried contacting the head office in Pretoria but they do not pick up their phones. Please help! My student number ***1, name: Thabile Mthethwa."
