Application for extension of a phased out qualification and re-admission

I have been struggling to get re-admission since 2018, in 2019 was finally granted however couldn't register for whatever reasons known to them. In 2021 I tried after covid restrictions were eased I tried to reapply and the qualification had been phased out. I was then advised to apply for extension which I did but to date I am not getting any response from the university. I have exorted all possible options, what is sad is that according to my knowledge the module I wrote i 2018 was supposed to have been my last module only find that 3 more modules were added when I checked for graduation dates as I was hoping to graduate in 2019.
