Application for credit exemptions

I am extremely unsatisfied with the lack of contact and proper procedure regarding credits for modules passed at other institutions. I app**** for 19 subjects to be exempt in January, and since then phoned unisa almost every day (up to 70 times a day!) wanting to know the status of my application, and onlygot a response in November. Of the 19 subjects, one was rejected and 5 required a detailed syllabus, which I provided as well as requested that the subject that was rejected be reconsidered as TUKS (my previous uni) recognizes all the corresponding UNISA modules that I app**** for. I have spent the whole day today trying to get hold of somebody and my calls were only answered once - only to be told I needed to phone someone else, who hasn’t answered the call! Without these credit exemptions, I could be studying for a year longer than necessary
