Application for Credit

I am writing this letter to raise my frustrations regarding my application for credit at UNISA. I have first app**** for credit on the 10th of July 2017 and after I have sent several applications without any appropriate response. Instead I have been issued out with case numbers and herewith listed below;

- 18191NX16085 - 18258NX07400 - 19016NX15722 - 17132NX07636 The latest response was that I must provide them with syllabus of courses I want to be credited and the challenge is that I would not be able to find that because I studied at Vista University and they know that Vista University was merged with Unisa and does not exist anymore. I therefore kindly request for your intervention in this matter so that it can be ultimately resolved and allow to continue with my studies without any anxiety regarding the modules I have to choose.
