Application for admission - ripping of prospective students

Hello Peter My son has app**** for admission on the 15th of January 2018 and paid the fees on the 16th January 2018. Up till today we have not heard anything from Unisa. I have sent them 2 emails inquiring as his status keeps on saying " not processed yet". The only response received from them is a acknowledgement of receiving email with a case number (c/n 18029NX10012). His friend whom app**** 5 days after him has received an acceptance email for registration. How is this possible? Unisa do not answer their phones or is permanently enaged and in the mean time my son is playing a waiting game, and cannot start planning his future for the next year . Please Help Regards, Elize
