Application emails not being responded to 2020

I sent a email to unisa over 2 month's ago and did not receive any response, I app**** for a degree and did not get accepted so I wanted to re apply for another qualification but because I already have a student number now I have to send a email to their applications department,which I did. I want to register for 2020 intake and I can't because they refuse to respond to my emails regarding this situation. I'm very unhappy with their service
