Application docs sent but no response from UNISA

I app**** in Nov. 2014 and have still not received anyffedback from your institution yet registration needs to be finalised by 15/03/15.<br> <br> Poor service from UNISA. I can't keep calling to follow up while all you need to do is send an email. I feel as though i am requesting for free education while I am going to be paying for the service.
