Appalling Service delivery

I'm exhausted and exasperated with Unisa. I've been waiting for my marks to change on the system because they marked my assignments late since December 2017. My results are still registered as Fail on their system even though i passed. They stopped responding to my emails and they are giving me uphill. Lastly i paid for a remark and for the purchase of Exam script in January and i'm yet to get a remark. A whole 7 months to remark one paper? I am still yet to receive my exam script via email. They don't respond and i'm frustrated.
