Appalling service at UNISA Pretoria Campus

<p>I app**** to study for an honors at UNISA and I was accepted. I found it very difficult to navigate their website in order to get more information about my courses and modules so that I can choose the courses according to the requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to request information and assistance on the 09th January and I was helped by a very hostile woman who told me that there is nothing she can do for me I just have to keep on trying the website. And then she said dismissed me :(</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying ever since and without success. I even wrote to ********** on 31 January and I am still waiting for a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I called the ********** and selected the relevant option for honors studies, I waited for exactly 11 minutes then some lady picked up. I was busy telling her why I have called and she just hung up on me while I was still talking.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am appalled by the service and attaitude of the people who have served me at UNISA. I need the information vey urgenly so that I may be able to register.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone help.</p>
