Appalling service

The service at Unisa Bloemfontein is so appalling. Their telephone lines and emails are not working. I have a screenshot that my academic record was sent to their *** email, but they claim to have not received it. For distance learning, their communication is the worst, for even the fact that I have to physically go to their offices.
