Appalling Client Service

Good day, I'm writing this because of the appalling service I've received from Unisa, I've registered to study in the month of August and I've been constantly checking on my registration status and funny it shows that i haven't paid my registration fee which i paid on the day i app**** I've been sending proof of payment via email and the only response i get is just reference number for my queries and no contact has been made until today I've even lost count of how many times I've tried to call and no answer. hopefully by writing this my query will be resolved.
