Anyone working at applications at UNISA?

Is there anyone working in the applications section of this university? Ive been trying to reach them by phone and email but no response. I need to apply for my BA (hons) but the online system keeps shutting me out. Can anyone in this institution reach out to me? I'm so frustrated.
