Angry that my education is not taken seriously

I have been a student at this institution for over 3 years, this year I registered for my final year but no one bothered to process my application now NSFAS can not consider funding me if I am not registered. When i contact the Admissions and registrations department they don't answer calls for 2 months now. I finally got through to finance department and a lady by the name of Martha asked that i email proof of application for registration to her which she claims she forwarded to admissions and registrations department . I did that and the university hasn't returned to me and never answer their phones thus depriving me of my right to education. I have tried so many times but don't receive help and now i have lost hope as the Head office is too far from where i stay. This institution is unreliable, their staff doesn't care about students and its sad. When I go to the Rissik I never get help and the staff is rude to us. Once I complete this qualification i will never ever study with Unisa again.
