Angry Student

I am very appalled that Unisa does not ever answer their phones, or respond to their emails. What kind of University are you running if your students can't even call in or email and get a response. I tried the call center but you hold for longer than 30 minutes. UNISA this is unacceptable. I tried to email it has almost been two week with no response. and when i got through to someone they told me to come in to unisa because i am in pretoria. It is sickening.
