Angry student

I have tried to apply for a short course at unisa which is program for grade R since last year. When i tried to upload my documents it said names are not matching. I have the customer service certificate with them, thats where they wrote my name wrong. They did not recognize the mistake until i did which was after closing date last year. This year i tried to apply but no one responded to my application. I must say i am really disappointed with unisa. I would like someone to explain to me what is the way foward from here.
