Amazing Commitment and Dedication

I think my heading summarizes exactly what Lethabo displays! Her character and willingness to assist is astounding. I have found it quite challenging to register this year, my emails and phone calls go back since the 16th of January this year, coupled with the fact that non of the numbers that are on the Unisa website actually work! I finally dialled a number at the Jhb centre and Lethabo answered, even though her job designation differed from what I needed assistance with, she still gladly assisted me, keeping me up to date with the progress via email and telephone calls. She never not once gave me the indication that she could not assist or never referred me to the call centre, she made sure that what ever the challenges were. it was sorted out, she provided the right advise resulting in me successfully registering for my degree, Lethabo thank you so much for all that you did and being accountable with my query and seeing it through to the end, I feel that this compliment doesn't do you justice and I hope that you get the recognition you deserve! you are a beautiful soul, keep up the great work, you are truly making a difference to peoples lives!
