Almost impossible to find an employee of worthless Unisa who actually works

Been trying to get hold of someone in the finance dept of Unisa with a query about my account for weeks.

Have sent emails to ********** and called the two phone numbers on their website - those usually don't even ring and when they do, no one has ever answered, not once in the weeks I've been trying.

Affirmative action at its best - no reason to do your work if a job is handed you through some law.

Pathetic institution. Poor quality all round and getting more and more a waste of time and money.

PS: One of my questions in a 2nd year IT exam paper: "Name the browser you used to do your project. (1)".

PSS: Thanks to Unisa employees from other departments (whom I have phoned out of desperation) who actually answer their phones and try to help.
