After several e-mails sent no response received

Good day <br> <br> After sending many countless e-mails since 01-03-2016 regarding funds that was paid incorrectly from my Standard bank cheque account AE Anderson to Unisa with the wrong student number ***7, i have asked that the funds be allocated to student number 7*** to Byron Nel id number *** 080 for a Programme in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering which is closing today 04/03/2016 and still we have not Received feedback from Unisa Finance to say wether the funds have been allocated to his student number and we have checked on my Unisa and we do not see that it has been allocated.<br> <br> Modules<br> DEFACJO DESIGN OF FACILITIES AND JOBS (MODULEC)<br> IMPRSYS IMPROVING THE SYSTEM(MODULE F)<br> OPERMAN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (MODULE A)<br> PRDEAPS PRODUCT DESIGN AND PROCESS SELECTION(MODULE E)<br> TSTRUTS THE START-UP OF THE SYSTEM(MODULE D)<br> TSYSISS THE SYSTEM IN STEADY STATE (MODULE E)<br> <br> Can someone from Unisa please help us urgently in this regard.<br> <br> I know that Nelsiwe Nkambule from the Mechanical & Industrial Engineering department has sent e-mails to the finance trying to assist me but yet no one from finance has come back with feedback to the student (my brother) or myself.<br> <br> Kind regards
