Administration and feedback of information

I wrote an exam January 2014, i wasnt happy with the results and i app**** for rechecking on exam paper and they said they will give feedback till now they have not. I sent several emails from June 2014 and took my time from work to go to their department to request feedback even this year i went there and still no feedback on my script.
