Acknowledgement of payment for the semester and the receiving of my study material.

Good day

The problem I have with UNISA is the fact they still have not acknowledged my payment for the first semester. Today is the due date for registration. I can't seem to track my material. I can't afford to miss this semester as it is my last year. I even sent them an email on Monday the 8 of March regarding the payment I have made. It would be lovely if someone from UNISA can Call me and just assist me and let me know if they have acknowledged my payment. I would like to my material as soon as possible.
