Account balance

As a mother of a student of unisa I'm disgusted at the fact that they can't respond to the students account.As she would of love to get done with Unisa. She is still waiting on response as this is keeping her behind in her field of study. Give the jobs to those who want to be of service. No greater blessing is in serving people.....
