Academic Record stuck without assistance

Almost all people have received their academic record at UNISA and last day was 26 February but the whole month when I follow up they respond with this message

{Dear Student You are urgently requested to submit the following item(s) or take note of the contents of this letter. If the item(s) have already been submitted, please ignore this letter. 213 NB! This communication serves to inform you that the last year in which to complete this qualification is 2022. You are strongly urged to register for the outstanding requirements. Should these requirements not be met by 2022, you will not be able to complete the qualification. This could mean that you may forfeit credits alreadyobtained for the qualification. Should you wish to obtain a similar qualification later (if offered), you will need to apply for and meet the amended admission requirements. You will also be required to do the full qualification. 258 The Post Graduate Certificate in Education will not be awarded until such time that the outstanding required school subject(s) and/or language(s) have been passed. I provided them with the required modules but still same message is sent to me nobody is simplifying things to me to understand what is exactly left for me to submit and they release my certificate. This is frustrating because I need to persue other qualifications and they are still waiting for my academic record which I cannot provide and I will lose the opportunity and closing date for re registration is 12 March. I don't have enough time anymore. If my situation is complicated why not simplify for me I am willing to assist them.
