Absolute silence from Unisa

Over Easter weekend (3 to 6 April) I edited my registration to reduce the number of subjects that I would be taking this year. I did not get confirmation or an automated response so I re-did the registration edit. Again without any response. On the 7th of April I received an email from Unisa saying that the subjects was de-registered etc. I immediately rep**** that I cancelled a subject too many and I would like it re-instated. No response. I emailed again on the 16th of April, no response. On the 23rd of April I received an email that my subject was re-instated. Unisa re-instated the wrong subject. I emailed immediately to say that I have 24 hours to submit my first assignment and that I request urgent assistance, No response so I started phoning. None of Unisa`s phones were answered. I kept on emailing 3 separate email addresses on the 23 rd, 27th and 28th. Absolutely no response. I phoned the whole day on the 27th and the whole morning on the 28th. No answer from Unisa. I hope this complaint gets to anybody who cares enough to assist me. Email & telephone log available.
