A utter waste of time!!!

There's no words to describe this institution. From delivering my study material half way across SA to not being able to contact anyone. Where is North West and where is Limpopo. SERIOUSLY???? The new system had been faulty since 2 weeks, all assignments were extended, everytime I attempted an online quiz it would give me an error. I have been sending multiple emails to our module head and my modules 22 and still no response. But they are very quick to respond and say we are on leave. WTH. I've got my last year with Unisa and at this Rate I'm gonna end up failing my modules not be granted access to my examination. Absolutely ***********!!!!!!
