A qualification without anything to show for it

I complete a diploma in November 2020 and still have not received any diploma! After several attempts to get any information pertaining to the status... I am still none the wiser. There is no respect for my future whatsoever. I am taking legal action and will be refunded for my current registration. One star to many!
