A HUGE Disappointment

<p>Reading reviews of hundreds of students whom have all app**** to study at Unisa, however somehow their applications have been misplaced? I suppose it would be understandable for a few to get lost but the number of students with this problem is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. Unisa has the worst service of any university I have ever been in contact with or heard of. I have not heard one positive remark from anyone I have spoken to. Their careless attitudes, unwillingness to provide assisstance, and general poor service has truly been a HUGE dissapointment. I app**** in 2015 and never had any response so last year at the correct time of applications I went into the Unisa Building in Potchefstroom app**** with all the correct papers to apply succefully and all was well up unitil registration when I had once again not had any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am in complete astonishment that such bad service is provided. </p>
