***9-unpaid registration refund and allowances

Very bad service i have received at Unisa. I'm an NSFAS funded student, in 2023 I paid my won registration fee while awaiting a response from NSFAS. I was later approved by NSFAS,fees were paid and I was owed the registration fee that I had paid by Unisa. I have sent numerous emails to various email addresses with not a single reply. This year I went to Campus in Port Elizabeth to find out when my registration refund would be paid as well as my allowances which were handed over to Unisa. I have gone to campus numerous times until I was told the funds would be paid into my account on the 29th of March,the day came and passed with no payment made by Unisa. I went there yesterday and was told the staff at finance was not on duty,went there today again and the finance lady was called.. to find out that she had not made the payment with no valid reason or explanation. I am totally fed up with these people, it's like they enjoy making the students suffer. We do not deserve this kind of treatment on top of the academic stress. I would like to call on whoever is in charge of pay outs at Unisa to please attend this issue as I do not intend to rest and will exhaust all avenues until it is resolved and no,I am not willing to wait until end of April for my refund.
