***7 - Pathetic service - unreachable

I have been trying to get in touch with Unisa since the 8th of January 2020. I've sent numerous emails and tried to call many times, holding on for 30-45 minutes at a time. I tried to apply online to do a new qualification but the qualification which is a Bachelor of Laws is not reflecting to select. Please could someone urgently contact me.
