6 months and qualification audit still not completed

I completed my degree in June/July (Semester 1) 2020. My qualification is still being audited by UNISA... 6 months later? Finances etc. all up to date. Phoning, emailing etc. they say there are delays and we must wait... How long must we wait for a simple audit to be completed. Once I get my degree, I never want to deal with them ever again, such a useless organisation.
