i wanted to study with unisa and paid my fees and I could not proceed with the studies due to personal reasons. since 2016 I have been trying to get a refund from them and they have not been forth coming. I ended up visiting their offices this year in September and the lady I saw pretended to assist me and said the boss wasn't around but everything will be sorted. she gave me her email address upon requesting it and I wrote her but she never responded neither did she write me as she had promised.
