5 years to do a refund and still waiting =.. (

How long should it take an institution to do a refund ? I have approx +- R1500 "stuck" in my UNISA student account, yet it is impossible to get it refunded. I have sent them all the necessary documents over the last 4 YEARS with ZERO response other than automated system replies. UNISA is an administrative embarrassment.
