***9 Promised to receive an offer

I app**** in August at Unisa to study only Psychology 2, then 3 in order to qualify to study my Honours degree. I received an email as well as an sms acknowledging receipt of my application and I was also told that Unisa would send me an offer to study before the end of December. I did not receive any correspondence thereafter<br> and I went to Unisa 3 times. First time I waited from 3am until they opened at 7:30. I was told to go back home and wait for response which I did not receive until I had to go back again at 3am after a week. The lady that assisted me told me that she had sent and email to Unisa Head Office and she again asked me to go and wait for an email at home. I waited until it was 3 days before the closing date of registrations, then went back to Unisa again at 3am to tell them that I didn't receive an offer or any other correspondence from then. The lady that assisted me checked and told me that there is nothing that I can do because it meant that Unisa was not accepting me. I asked her to show me anything that was confirming that but she said there was nothing. I am failing to understand why I was not accepted because I dint receive any reasons and still want to stu
