2016 Postgrad Application Still Not Assessed

Like user jeannekoen, I've app**** to study (postgrad) at Unisa for 2016.The last communication I received was on 11 Dec 2015 advising my application would be processed within the next two weeks. When logging onto the portal, it still says \Application pending decision""; tried calling various numbers (not 1 telephone number listed on UNISA site was actually answered; some dont even go through either) to no avail. I too urgently need assistance as registration closes at the end of January and I don't want to miss the deadline to register. At the very least;UNISA should at least assess my application as per what their processes specifically states they will do.
