2016 Application not Assessed

My Student Number is ***1. I've app**** to study at Unisa for this year. The last communication I received was on 11 Dec 2015 advising my application would be processed within the next two weeks. Unfortunately this has not yet been done. I've tried all avenues to contact Unisa but without success or feedback. I urgently need assistance as registration closes at the end of January and really don't want to miss the deadline. Having paid the application fee, the least I would expect is to have my application assessed!!
