2015 Results still outstanding

My National Diploma (Nature Conservation) final results are still outstanding preventing me from registering for 2016 academic year. Many emails to various departments have gone unanswered and phone calls to my department has not had any positive results. The results are 8 weeks late at this stage. I can not apply for a job with my qualification unresolved.
