Thank You – Excellent Assistance from Peter Boonzaaier

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Peter Boonzaaier for his outstanding assistance at UNISA Parow.

I had been struggling with my registration for weeks, making multiple calls and sending numerous emails without success. After two unsuccessful visits to the Parow office, I returned for a third time, and that’s when Peter assisted me. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to help truly stood out.

Unlike my previous experiences, Peter took the time to fully understand the issue and went out of his way to find the best possible solution. Thanks to his efforts, I logged in on Saturday morning and found that my issue had been resolved.

I genuinely appreciate his help, and I believe his colleagues could learn a lot from his approach to customer service.
