Please never buy from this business. Trust me and save yourself from wasting your money.! I ordered keyrings for my wedding as wedding gifts. Obviously I was so excited for this. My excitement was soon over when I recieved my parcel. The key rings image was pink when it was suppose to be black and was completely pixelated. How can I use them. It is so pixelated and pink it ruins the whole keyring. The ladies excuse was it must of been moisture. MOISTURE FROM HOW SHE PACKED IT! I got the package on Wednesday but only opened it Thursday after work. On Friday morning I messaged the lady with my complete concern what was I going to do? My keyrings looked so bad. So her excuse was moisture as I previously stated but the only moisture I said to her that could of happened was how she packed the package. It was keyrings in a zip lock bag, in a brown bag and bubble wrapped and inserted into the courier bag. Courier took 2-3days that it stayed in the package. HOW IS THIS MY FAULT. WHY DO I HAVE TO BE THE ONE STRESSED, BECAUSE THIS COMPANY CAN'T DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMOSED. This company refused to take responsibility for their product. Saying because it's out of her control its not her responsibility. How can you offer a service if you can't make sure it will arrive at the destination safely? I recieved a 50% refund, but my thing is I payed for keyrings, I trusted her ability and her business to uphold a certain standard. But she isn't able to help and redo the keyrings. Now I'm stuck 20 days before my wedding having to find new wedding gifts. What will 50% help me? I won't be able to get personal items so quick? I'm stuck all because you trust a company to do what they promised. WHY AM I THE ONE STRUGGLING NOW. WHEN I TRUSTED HER. search uniquely gifts on Facebook don't use them. You try help a small business and this is what kind of unprofessional companies you get.
