Uniqueen false advertising. I want to return the synthetic wigs they sent me

I bought 8wigs worth + $300 from Uniqueen. They were nothing like what I saw on their website. Instead I got a full wig instead of a lace wig. They were not even full frontal with baby hairs. The hair was synthetic and not human hair. Also the color was nothing like they had advertised on their page. I am really disappointed. And hoping to get a full refund. They still have not responded to my email. I feel ****med. And I am not happy. I want to return their cheap wigs they sent me. And get my money back. Cos this was false advertising
